Stay : Accomodation at Trekkers Hut / Homestays on Sharing basis .

Car : 1 Sumo Gold / Bolero /Similar for NJP pickup and drop
Day 1: NJP - Maneybhanjan ( 3 . 5 hrs approx via car ) : introduction with the trek leader and guide , Breifing of the trek , Overnight stay at Maneybhanjan ( base camp ).
Day 2 : Trek start day , Maneybhanjan to Tonglu / Tumling : ( 11 kms , 6-7 hrs trek time ) , overnight stay at Tonglu/Tumling.
Day 3 : Tonglu / Tumling to Kalipokhri via Singhalila national park , Jaubari : ( 13 kms , 7-8 hrs trek time approx) : Overnight stay at Kalipophri .
Day 4 : Kalipokhri to Sandakphu via Bikeybhanjan: ( 6 kms , 3- 4 hrs trek time approx ) : Overnight stay at Sandakphu
Day 5 : Sandakphu to Phalut via Thokum, Sabargram , Molley (21 kms , 8 -9 hrs trek time approx ) : Overnight stay at Phalut.
Day 6 : Phalut to Gorkhey (14 kms downhill trek , 4 - 6hrs approx trek time ) : overnight stay at Gorkhey.
Day 7 : Gorkhey to Rimbik ( 3 -4 hrs downhill trek) , Drop at NJP ( 5 hrs approx) .
Total Accomodation , Meals , Guide Cost : ₹14950 /- per person considering 8 pax
Note : Singhalila National park Entry fees , Trek Insurance & Offloading costs are extra and is not included in above package cost.
Payment Terms :
50% advance payment required at the time of confirmation and the rest 50 % before 1 day of starting the tour.

· NO RAILWAY TICKETS ARE INCLUDED ON THE ABOVECOST.
MONUMENTS/PARKS/ MUSEUM/SANCTUARY ENTRY FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE COST.
· COST FOR ROOM HEATERS.
· EXPENSES LIKE LAUNDRY, PHONE BILL, CAMERA
CHARGER, EXTRA FOOD ETC IS EXCLUDED.

CANCELLATION /NO SHOW POLICIES:
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed via email. Cancellation charges would be effective
from the date we receive the email and cancellation charges would be as follows:
· 30 DAYS & PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – 20% OF THE TOUR/SERVICE COST.
· 20 DAYS TO 18 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – 25% OF THE TOUR/SERVICE COST.
· 14 DAYS TO 16 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – 30% OF THE TOUR/SERVICE COST.
· 10 DAYS TO 08 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL – 50% OF THE TOUR/SERVICE COST.
07 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: NO REFUND.
